CS2 Dust 2 Flashbangs Guide

Dust 2 Flash Bangs

Dust 2 is the most popular and most-played map in the entire history of Counter-Strike. There’s a solid chance you like playing on Dust 2 as well. To help you level up your game on that map, here are the top flashbang lineups that you can use to get free kills on Dust 2.

Best CS2 Dust 2 Flashes

Under B Window From Scaffolding

Let’s kick things off with B-Site, particularly those flashbang lineups you can use for a B-Site retake, with the first spot being under Window. To blind a player holding that spot, stand in the corner of the wall opposite to the Scaffolding, as shown in the image below, and aim at the point where the shadow of the wire meets an imaginary line drawn straight down from the wood beam sticking out of the Scaffolding wall, and do a jump throw.

B Closet From B Boxes

The second spot, and probably even more common, where you’ll find enemies when you try to do a re-take at B-Site is B Closet. To blind those players and get an easy frag on them, stand in the corner of the B Boxes between the larger and the smaller box, aim at the beam sticking out of the wall, as shown below, and do a left-click throw.

Close B From Upper Tunnels

On the other hand, if you’re trying to re-take B-Site from the Tunnels area, you can use this lineup. Stand in the corner of the Upper Tunnels area and aim to the left of the brown spot on the wall leading toward B-Site, as shown below. After that, do a running left-click throw. This lineup is great for not only common spots in B-Site but also tricky spots like Close.

A Short From Catwalk

Now, let’s shift things over to the A-Site. If you’re pushing from the A Short area, use this flashbang lineup to get an easy kill on anyone holding close to A Short. Stand next to the shadow of the wooden pole in the Catwalk area, aim at the street lamp as shown in the image below, and do a left-click throw.

A Long From Outside Long

While pushing A-Site from A Long, the first instinct of many players is to chuck a random flash from the Outside Long area. Instead of doing that, use this flashbang lineup. Start by standing in the corner of the yellow car in the Outside Long area, align your crosshair as shown in the image below, and do a left-click throw.

A Long From A-Site

Let’s say you’re the player holding A-Site, and you see a bunch of smokes and flashbangs coming from A Long. Instead of freaking out, use this flashbang lineup to delay a rush. Stand behind the box in A-Site and aim at the left edge of the other box, as shown in the image below. After that, do a left-click throw.

CT Mid From Xbox

Most players would agree that one of the most popular spots in the entire Dust 2 map is the Mid Doors. To flash players standing behind Mid Doors in the CT Mid area, use this easy lineup. Stand in the corner of the Xbox on the side facing toward T-Spawn, aim slightly above the upper right corner of the Xbox, and do a left-click throw.
