A Step-by-Step Guide on How to Delete CS2 Workshop Maps

You can either delete CS2 workshop maps from the game or Steam. We recommend using the second method since it involves fewer steps. To help you understand both methods, here is a complete step-by-step guide for them.

  • Step 1: Launch CS2 and click the “PLAY” option from the home screen.

  • Step 2: Click on the “WORKSHOP MAPS” option, which will show you all the workshop maps you have subscribed to.

  • Step 3: Click on the “Visit Workshop” option, and a Steam window will open on your screen.

  • Step 4: Once inside the new Steam window, search for the workshop map you want to delete.

  • Step 5: Hover your crosshair on the map you’ve subscribed and a blue “Tick Mark” symbol will appear.

  • Step 6: Hover your crosshair on the “Tick Mark” symbol, and it will turn into a “Cross” symbol.

  • Step 7: Click on the “Cross” symbol, and the workshop map will be removed from the game.

OR

  • Step 1: Click on your Steam username in the upper left section of the Steam window.

  • Step 2: Click on the “Workshop Items” option.

  • Step 3: Click on the “Subscribed Items” option.

  • Step 4: Click the “Unsubscribe” option next to all the maps you want to remove.
