CS2 Train A Smokes

CS2 Train A Smokes

Considering the angles players can have on the plant site and the fact that there’s no mid to take control of, pushing into A on the map Train can be very challenging. However, if you throw even one smoke grenade at the right spot, your chances of success dramatically go up. To help you do that, here are some of the best smoke lineups you can use for the A site on CS2 Train.

Best CS2 Train A Smokes

A Pop Dog From Crossings

First up, let’s talk about a smoke lineup that helps you safely push in the A site without worrying about an AWPer standing directly in front of you in the Pop Dog area. To use this smoke lineup and smoke off the A Pop Dog area, first, stand in the corner with the Green Train and the Rusted Train in the Crossings area, align your crosshair with the bottom center part of the green square in front of you, as shown below, and do a jump-throw.

A Camera From T Spawn

Speaking of trying to stay safe from enemy AWPers who’ve aimed at you, another spot where you need to be careful of opponents like that is the Camera area. To smoke off that spot so you don’t have to worry about it, start by standing next to the yellow metal pole in the T Spawn area, as shown below. After that, align your crosshair with the edge of the roof using the image below. Finally, do a jump-throw.

A Red Cross From Crossings

For the next one, we have an essential smoke that you should learn if you want to have an easier time trying to push the A site, which is the A Red Cross area. To smoke off the A Red Cross area, start by making your way toward the Green Train in the Crossings area. After that, stand in the corner of the Green Train and the Rusted Train toward the right, align your crosshair at the top part of the yellow metal container in front of you as shown in the image below, and do a jump-throw.

A Connector From T Spawn

This smoke lineup is particularly useful since it allows your team to change their strategy from one plant site to the other during a round and still benefit from it regardless of which site you choose. That’s because once you smoke off the connector area, you cut off the CT’s ability to rotate between plant sites. To use this lineup, stand next to the same yellow metal pole as from the Camera lineup, align your crosshair with the wooden part under the roof, as shown below, and do a jump-throw.

A Connector From Crossings

Here is an alternative way you can smoke off the Connector area from right outside of the T Spawn area. To use it, wedge your in-game character in the corner between the green and the rusted train in the Crossings area, place your crosshair on one of the orange blinkers, as shown in the image below, and do a jump-throw.
