M4A1-S Spray Pattern Tutorial
The M4A1-S spray pattern is straightforward compared to many rifles, but learning it is key to accuracy. Here’s how it behaves:
M4A1-S Spray Pattern
The initial 6 to 7 bullets rise straight up, with the next 3 to 4 drifting slightly to the left. Following that, the spray shifts into a mostly straight line toward the right for the next 6 to 7 bullets.
Finally, the spray moves toward the left till it reaches the center position horizontally from where the spray started.
M4A1-S Recoil Control Technique
The easiest way to control the recoil of the M4A1-S is to move your crosshair along a path opposite to the spray pattern. The first part of this path would look like a straight line going downward and slightly tilting toward the right.
