How Do You Remove CS2 Stickers?
The process of removing CS2 Stickers is relatively simple once you know all the steps. Here is everything you need to know about removing them:
- To start with, find the weapon in your stock that has the sticker you wish to take off. You don’t want to unintentionally remove a sticker from the incorrect weapon, so proceed with extra care.
- After you’ve located the weapon, you can access its menu by doing a right-click. The “Scrape Sticker” option is located in that menu, directly below the “Apply Sticker” option. You should select this option.
- Upon selecting Scrape Sticker, a close-up screen of the firearm will appear. Near the bottom of the screen, a separate sticker placed on the gun will also be visible. You’ll notice that all of the stickers are neatly lined up if you apply multiple stickers to the same weapon.
- To remove the sticker, all you need to do now is click on it at the bottom. You’ll notice that the sticker becomes more worn out the more times you select it. Since there is no way to undo this process, take caution not to click on the incorrect sticker by accident.
- After scratching a sticker sufficient times, a pop-up message will appear. The message basically means that scratching the sticker more will take out the sticker from the gun and it will be removed completely. Here, you can choose to click “remove sticker”. This will get rid of the sticker entirely or you can cancel too if you like the look of a scratched sticker.
- In this way, your weapon or item will have the sticker you intended to remove it will be permanently done. You can now apply a new sticker to substitute the one you just destroyed or use your sticker-free item in games.
The interesting thing about the scraping process is the different types of looks it produces. For instance, a player may prefer a scratched sticker to look over a new one. This process gives you more designs to work with and may even produce a favorite for you.
